This one's a doozy. I didn't answer (why should I?) and the scammer left no message. A search on the number points to several insurance carriers. Familiar names like Allstate an md Farmer's pop up, as does one I've never heard of. It begins with an E. In any case, I'm not one of their clients.

This is probably the same kind of scam in which a roboclone pretends to be Microsoft or the IRS. Just block it.
