Believe it is a call from NCO who are a scavenger collection agency trying to collect for debts from over ten years ago. Statute of limits has run so they should not be calling. I am on the Do Not Call list so they should not be calling. When I answer I get a message "All of our associates are currently busy and cannot take your call" - well, I did NOT call them. They are using an autodialer which I thought was illegal in NC.
They call 8-10 times a day. They have a wrong number that is not even in the US. I tried to speak to them on several occasions, but can only get a recording telling me to hold, I have better things to be doing. So, they will just have to continue running up their phone bill on international calls.
