Who called from 7186888650

Found on my found, no message nothing

This call is from East NY Diagnostic and Treatment Center.

This seems to be a fax machine.  It has now called my cell phone SEVEN times since 8:31am this morning.  It called at 8:31, 8:33, 9:32, 9:34, 1:54, 2:13 and 2:14.  It often leaves a "message" which is a fax tone.  I tried calling back and also tried alt numbers that might reach a person, but to no avail.
