"Charles" calling to discuss a personal matter with the retired (on vacation) CEO. I asked repeatedly what company are you calling from, what are you calling regarding, what is your last name. He kept saying "just tell him Charles is on the phone." I looked the number up, it comes up US Medical Supply, which I informed him of. He said that is not why he is calling, tell him Charles is on the phone. I asked again, what are you calling regarding and what company are you calling from? He said in an annoyed tone that I wasn't getting it, put him through. I sighed at him and hung up. He has not called back. Do not take this call!
