Says recieved a federal grant they would use walgrens or CVS to to this to me

I was approved for a federal grant  that did not have to be paid back I asked about restrictions  a nd they hung up

I got a phone call from this number as well. Telling me about grant money I don't need to pay back, I need to go to walgreens to pick it up, I need to speak to a Stephanie Williams

Left 2 second "dead air" voicemail. Blocked.

Constant calling. Leaves no message. I think they are now calling from blocked number
