Called asking for someone in the house, my 13 year old brother said he's ones available (person they were looking for), and the person used inappropriate language in hindi language. The reps. name was Sakib, and so I speaked to the manager (sam) and he said they record all calls and he would check into it and call me back. of course no call back. Really ticked me off, sakib had no reason to curse out a 13 year old kid let alone anyone.
