Man asked for service manager. I asked who was calling, he said Jim Taylor. I said “Regarding?” He said grease remover and something else. I said Okay, please remove us, thank you. Hung up and blocked. Had this exact same call on 6/6/16 from 718-715-7037. As usual, they never remove the number from their harassment list.
These guys are a complete scam. They call Automotive Dealerships and try and bully their way into the service departments and trick employees to think that they are buying quantity of degreaser for very cheap when infact the dealership is paying 10 times the going rate. Then they record the calls "for quality assurance" and ship you the product. They use the calls against the dealership to extort money once the higher ups have realized the scam. They will not accept the product back and have an answer for everything. BEWARE!!!!
