I received the identical call as Robert E. Caller ID read "Sheala Warren" and stated the exact words. Must be reading something. (eye roll) Ridiculous that she would think I'm so stupid that I would call that number . . . better yet my attorney??? (right) Guess she will have to come after me . . . for whatever she thinks I've done. I know it is a scam, but really?! I so wish all out of area and 1-800 numbers could be permanently blocked. I get them until after 9 p.m. Ugh! :(
The IRS does not need to sue anyone. They send you first class letters delivered by the Post Office. Several of them. Ignore those, and they then send certified letters that you need to sign for. Again delivered by the Post Office. Ignore those and they simply freeze your bank accounts and anything else you own. If they can do that, then why would they bother with a court case that might take them years before they get in front of a judge? They also do not bother arresting people for a few thousand dollars for the same reasons I have already given.

I received a call from this number also today. It is a scam. The man who answers the phone cursed at me and bellowed profanities as soon as I called him out on this being a scam. We should start calling the number and bombarding them with calls the way do they do us. Terrible that people do this to others.
