Indian guy named "Nathan", something about a government program. I said the government can't even run a program called donotcall.gov and I'm not interested.
Received a call from this number and picked up after 3 rings. No one there. Believe that this is a mass marketing scheme using their fax to publicize the availability of a fax alternative. In the process, they are hitting all the telephone numbers (fax or not). When I called back all I got was a high pitched fax signal. I have blocked this number and don't expect to receive any more calls from them. What a bunch of amateurs to call everyone this way. I would never do business with them. The government should shut them down or at least admonish them for their practice.
I was tempted to send an email to their headquarters, but decided against it because it would give them my email address. Also, I thought about sending them a fax, but didn't for the same reason. Their corporate website does not show this number as a fax contact, so either they are using it as outgoing only, or someone is using this number to harass people.
Called me. I answered and the woman on the other end said hello with a foreign (Possible Chinese) accent). I continued in a foreign language. She hung up.
