Also trying to find who calls from this number - extremely rude solicitation for money for the police

Honestly, this is the 3rd call I've gotten from a NYPD related donation numbers in the last 6 days. They are trying to take advantage of the current tensions in NYC to raise money. No, I'm not anti-police, but you can see what is going on here. It's thinly veiled.

NYPD will never call to solicit money from anyone. DO NOT PLEDGE money or give your credit card number for a donation. It's a scam.

Not NYPD. It's NYPD associated groups...i.e. sbanyc.org, PBA, etc.
