I had a message left on my answering machine stating a lady by the name of Lesley Owens which had a heavy accent and stating there is a judgement against my name. I tried to call the number back but it just rang and rang.. These scams need to stop!!
I received the same call today, left on my machine, from a "Leslie Owens" 718-615-5162! She claimed to be from the Dept of Labor Affairs in regards to a judgement against me a well. When I called back, it only rang once before the message came on stating I had reached the Federal Treasury Dept of Legal Affairs. I did not leave a message. SCAM I'm guessing!!
Same message as above against Leslie Owens claiming to be from the Department of Legal Affairs but with a different phone number and caller ID. Number was: 323-786-1041, with John Bergin on caller ID.
