I got the same message as everyone above. If this was real a letter would be mailed along with a certified letter. The message didn't even leave a name to whom the call was intended. Block .
I got the same message and when I did answer at one point, a woman told me she could not give me information on who was trying to take me to court.
I told her she was full of it (my family is prominently law enforcement) and that all my bills are paid on time and I have never been in trouble with the law.
I blocked the number but keep getting the same, canned message everyone else is getting, due to iPhone allowing blocked messages to come through in a separate folder.
It's a scam! Shame on them for doing this around the holidays to people who may believe it!
