I know if you want the calls from Riker's Island to stop calling you, you can program your cell phone to have this number blocked from calling you. If you have a home/landline phone with caller ID and have Verizon, you can get Call Intercept and have that number blocked from calling you. It automatically rejects telemarketers from calling you as well.
