I've received a call every-other day for the past week, between 10am and 4pm. They never leave a message. I answered once and the call was immediately dropped.
I get 1 call per day around 2:30 Eastern. They don't leave a message and when you call it, no one answers after 10 rings and the line mysteriously drops.
I'm in the same situation; everyday around 3:00 pm MST i get a call from this number. nobody talkes and nobody answers if i call back. this is annoying.

I got call from this number this morning at 10:28, a girl knows my name, saying my computer has problem with something and she mentioned " registry " and "microsoft". I told her to send me an email. If I receive email i will post here again to inform
