This number called our company today at 1338 hours.  Caller ID said "New York" which typically means it is a scammer/spammer calling about a "business loan."  I don't know which scam artist is was though, because when I picked up the phone, there was the sound of the call ringing somewhere else.  I didn't bother waiting around to see what idiot picked up at the other end.
