Me too,
Nancy Cruz, foreign accent ,saying she could "lower credit card rates". They can type in any # they want, since the call isn't within the U.S. borders , we have no recourse with these scammers

Called me 3 times today thus far:  12:39, 1:24; 234   Hang up each time.  "Nancy Cruz" identifier.

She must be making the rounds.....3 calls so far today.  #is blocked

This number keeps calling and hanging up.
