They said they are con edison. Asking me about the electric bill and going to give me some refund. But I am not the owner. I am only tenant and I never pay the bill to Con Edison myself.
This # has called me 4+ times a day for the past week. They never leave messages, when I do pick up they never say anything. One time someone asked for me, when I said "speaking, who's this?" they hung up. When I tried to call back to tell them to stop calling me no one answers.
Also, they also called really early over the weekend. They shook me out of bed at 8 am on Sunday by calling. I'm going to see if I can block them. They called me twice already today and no one says anything.
