Who called from 7188416448

Sounds like telemarketing or someone you dont' want to be speaking with; delayed answer, guy said "hello", then hung up.

Call has come in from this number a couple times the last few days.  nobody is there, then a hang up.  I called number back and I get a message in Spanish and then a beep like it wants you to leave a message

Caller ID says New York City and line is silent they leave no message. Dead air space. Then hang up. No ideas to who or what. Several calls a day ?????

Phone rang, caller ID showed this NY number, nobody there...silence, then a voice said "Goodbye".  End of story.

I'm on the NO CALL LIST< and they just keep calling. enough.
