Hey everyone be very careful - these above posts from Kevin, Barbara and Marcus look like fake posts to make this OCS Union look legitimate. If you get a call form this company about a payday loan you should not give ouyt any information. There is a scam out there where these people will ste up a fake site to collect your information and then a few months later they will call you and accuse of taking aloan and not paying it back - becuase they have your information they will use it to make you think they are legitimate. there is also an advance fee scam - where you have to pay money up front to recieve the loan - people pay the money up fornt - but then never recieve the loan. Look at these posts - all within a couple of minutes of each other and there is something not right about the wording. My bet is that if you talk to them they will have middle eastern accents with americanized names. Take my advice - try to find another way out of financial problems - payday loans are a vicious trap that will make your problems worse - I have been there - a loan of $300 will cost you $600 to pay off over the course of months and what is worse - these scammers now have my information and I have to deal with them every couple of weeks.
And another thing - I just called this OCS at the above number and guess what? - A middle eastern gentleman answered "legal affidavit department" - which is just what they say when they make calls to collect on phoney loans!. I recieve a call today from a rude customer service rep. Stating she has a affadavit aganist my ss#. She is a scammer. She told me to call this number 718-841-9420, but call from a toll free number which is international number +8887792770. She stated she was with the Federal Government and I am in big trouble. She does not know I work with the federal government and she was being recorded. SURPRISE!!!!!
I receive a call from these people and the lady told me her name was Stella Jones and she work with INV Services and told me that I have a payday loan that I never paid back but i never receive a payday loan from nobody but i gave her all my bank info and they take funds from out of my account so what should i do now about this situation now
THESE PEOPLE HAS CALLED MY BROTHER SAYING THE SAME THINGS NOT ONLY THAT TODAY THIS MAN WITH THE ACCENT MADE A THREAT TO MY BROTHER SAYING HE WOULD KILL HIM AND ME. NOW THAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF I CALLED THEM BACK AND GAVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND I WISH THERE WAS SOMEWAY TO GET THESE PEOPLE FIRST OFF IF THEY WANT ME WHY ARE THEY CALLING MY BROTHER AND SECOND OF ALL I DON'T HAVE ANY PAYDAY LOANS WITH THEM OR ANYONE ELSE WATCH WHAT YOU SAY TO THESE PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL INFO DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING TO GO ON. I ALSO TALKED WITH A COUSIN OF MINES WHO WORKS WITH THE GOVERNMENT IN KANSAS CITY SHE SAID THEY HAVE GOTTEN FLOODS OF CALLS FROM ALL OVER AND ITS BEING LOOKED INTO ON THE VERY SERIOUS SIDE!! SHE SAID THEY CROSSED THE LINE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WORK FOR THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT...
