This (robot) caller identifies itself as Federal Abacus and says when you answer the phone that "if your mortgage is behind press 1 to speak to someone; to be removed from the list press 2).  My 83 year old mother received this call this morning (May 28, 2015) although I have told her not to answer out of town calls.  Plus, her mortgage has been paid since forever.  Plus, I do not find a listing for Federal Abacus in white pages or the internet.
