I like to know if this is a scam number going with my phone.  7188550529 and 803-375-40020

Nobody at 800notes has magical powers to block any phone calls!  YOU need to contact your phone company or buy a call blocking phone or device.
Further, posting your own phone number on a public website was foolish.  You've probably just signed youself up for more scam calls!
