This call claims to be from a Law Office collecting a debt. He goes by the name of Paul Smith? He has called in the past but under another name. He is foreign. He claims that I owe hime $250.00 for a debt. and will only take a fax letter, notarized, saying that I will put the payment on my debit card on so date. He has called my work a few times, very demanding to my co-worker who transferred the call to my human resource dept. who was appalled at his tone.
I have asked this person to send me a letter via mail or through email and he will not. Only phone calls. He asks if I have a lawyer and wants the lawyer's name.
This has been going on for sometime. I have already paid them $250.00 thru my debit card to get them off my back because they were calling my work and brother. I don't even know for sure what this is for,. I'm assuming a PayDay loan? But, they still want $260-$270????
