Person called identifying themselfs as attorney Albert Franklin.  Could not get them to validate debt, could not get them to give me there address (so I can send my notice of BK discharge), nor is Albert Franklin an attorney (at least in NY... not registered with Bar so they can not practice law --  well and he speaks with a very thick indian accent).

Was threatened that someone was going to pick me up at work tomorrow @ 11am and throw me in jail.

Total scammer... I would so sue them if they would actually give me an address to send something to.

I'm a bankruptcy lawyer.  One of my clients just sent me this email.  

The number is 718-873-9634 and the guys name is james brown and he said he was calling from the sheriff's department, with a warrant for me to be arrested on monday. I still have the message saved.

my job got a call from this number and the man said that he was a lawyer and i had papers on his desk that if i didnt return his call by 5pm today he was calling the sheriff's office to file a warrant for my arrest. my boss called me and when i called the number i got nothing but the all lines are busy. i tried all day from 10am to 5pm and never could get thew. then i thought i would google the number to find out and i see all of these messages on here about this number. if any one has any more info on these please let me know. thanks  marie

OMG THIS JUST HAPPEN TO ME, I SEE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WE NEED TO FILE CREDIT COLLECTION ACT ON THIS PERSON. PLEASE EMAIL ABOUT THIS SEE CAN WE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

SAME INFORMATION THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. MY BOSS SAYS ITS PROBABLY NOT EVEN A COLLECTOR, BECAUSE OF THE INFORMATION
