Asked my office hours...it was very loud in the background and phone sounded scratchy! When I asked who was calling they hung up immediately?? Very weird
Call our law firm today and wanted to confirm our name and business hours (which the name would have been confirmed when I picked up the phone). When I asked the name of who was calling he first repeated our business name. When I asked again he said he was "Ted" and calling to confirm our hours. When I asked him again what was the name of the company he was calling from he hung up. Given that he hung up when I asked the name of their own company, I take this to be part of some sort of scam. Why else can't they tell me who is calling?
Got a call to my work phone from this no. 718-878-3482...but i was out from my desk couldn't pick the phone but whoever call had left a voice message. When i listened to it...it was all noisy and hardly heard anything....just wanted to know who was it, googled and ended up here....

He asked me my name and surname, who is this oak, lots of noise in the back ground sound like Islamic dude? not american. it is just strange, because im thinking what can he do with the information he asks people. To top it off im all the way in South Africa?? What does he want guys?
My Phone Blocks these callers. In Canada the Do Not Call has no Teeth So trying to report these Fraudsters in useless Record the Number on your Phone and Block it. your Missing nothing
