We got the same threatening message from "Carol" supposedly from the Department of Legal Affairs with the US Treasury, also at 718-880-4021. Thank you for all these posts - we won't be returning their phone call!
THEY HAD ME. BUT I'M SO GLAD I SAW THIS SITE AND THE POST. MAN ITS SOME CRAZY PEOPLE LURKING TRYING TO GET U MONEY NAMED DAVID AND NINA. DAVID SAYS HE IS THE BOSS. NINA MAKES THE THREATS. POLICE, FAKE AFFIDAVITS, AND COURT OMG PURE NUT CASES FRFR.
Omg, I got this exact same call today from "Nina and David". They almost had me by reading their fake affidavits , I thought my tax preparer had done something wrong. I am sure glad I decided to google the number. I am gonna investigate further and see what I can do about having the police at their doorstep!!!
I to received a call today regarding the same tax issues, and threats that police were going to show up at my door. I quickly googled this number 718-880-4021 and found the same sort of calls being placed to many other people.
I got a call from these same people this morning. Realized while talking to David that it must be a scam if these idiots can't even speak English. These type of people belong in prison. I hope they get their day. I've been calling them back just to scare them, telling them I know who they are, where they are etc. Anyways, thankfully this page is here so I could back up my instinct. 718-880-4021 is only calling to steal your money.
