Called me this morning. The guy had such a heavy accent I could barely understand what he was reading from his script. He kept insisting he was calling for Orange and Rockland utilities, which I knew was a lie. Said I received a paper in my bill giving me the option to switch to their company, but when I repeatedly said to take my number off his list, as he is trying to switch me, he kept saying NO - I am calling for Orange and Rockland. BS Get rid of these spammers once and for all!!!
When I called back the number I got that awful LOUD squeal sound, and then a recording that said "the number you have called is not in service"!!! How is this allowed???

Kept receiving calls from this number all morning, but I never answered! If it was important, they would have left a message. I get more spam calls than authentic calls.
