I rec'd a call from this # today, but they left no message. when I looked it up in whitepages.com this is the info I found (another site said it was a residential #:

This guy called me, I thought it might have been my drunk friend. He rambled/mumbled like a retarded baby, like "Oooouuwaaaooeewawatiii". I had no idea what to say, so I say "Hello?", he could say "hello" back almost intelligibly, then back to "Oooouuwaaaooeewawatiii". I turned off my phone and hope he doesnt call back.
I get calls all hours of the day from this #. I'm getting really pissed off, you'd think that after you reject their call 15 times in a row that they would get the hint!
