Who called from 7189253444

I'm also getting phone calls everyday from" unknown number" .  Say they are affiliated with Time Warner as well. An" I pay center"??? What's that?  Called time Warner. No help.

Same here, today  I received a phone call from 718-925-3444 the same number I called them back, but no answer

I have had several calls from this number. I live in the state of NY so I was concerned that I might know this person...however I did not pick up and they never left any messages. It is an annoying scam.
