Spam, maybe scam, robocall with come-on about medical alert device. At very least, is in violation of the do-not-call law. However, when I called back, I reached a legitimate medical clinic that clearly has an association with a major hospital chain, so I think this phone number was spoofed by a scammer and should NOT be reported, except to alert you to a possibly spoofed number if it calls you. (I called back to try to obtain the company name for this report.)
