This is another home security scam. A robo calls and transfers you to some idiot that wants to give you a free home security system if your a senior. Sounds fishy to me.

Definitely a recorded telemarketer offer, sounds like he/she is a regular person at first, but the recording is set up to make you stay on

Responded because similar to a number I normally recognize. My "Hello?" must've scared the recorded message or the telemarketer others have reported this number to belong to because the call hung up on me. Added to blacklist.
