I also got the same call. Yesterday. I put in a complaint to the local attorney general's office. This is crazy. This guy was trying to intimidate me on the phone. saying I was going to jail, and the were going to call my employer. So I guess I will see what happens from here.
Same here, someone called this morning stating that it was an urgent legal matter, so I called and spoke to Mr. Davis who was not able to give me any information regarding the amount of the loan or date of the transaction. He was only able to tell me that it was for 2010. I told him that I never recieved a letter or notice at my phone address and he replied that the original debitor email 21 times and and I asked him what was the email address of the company,he gave me my own email address. He asked me if I have ever been charged fraud. I told him that I would wait for Monday to get the court paperwork.
