Stop already, these people are not even in the state of New york, kinda funny that the address they give Don't exist, get real jobs, your story don't hold water, No officer is going to cal you and give you a heads up that your in trouble, maybe in your country, Not in the USA
This is a scam those messages saying its real are obviously planted to scare people if they call you again cuss these jerks up one wall and down the other
caller id said 1124...would give me no real information, hard to understand bc loud background noise, talking quickly and heavy accent. Hundred red flags that it is a scam. All I got out of it was it was a fraud investigation (would not say what "law firm", only that the speaker was "head attorney") on a debt (cash advance) (would not give me the name of the company) that had not been repaid. I have taken out zero cash advances, ever in my life, so there is no chance that I owe any debt.
