Do you happen to know who this number belongs to? They just started calling me in the last few days and it happens 2-3 times a day. Then tonight they "paged" me on my cell phone. My guess is a bill collector if some type.

They got my info from an online survey I filled out about my college experience; she said they are like a placement service for colleges. If you're looking to go back to school, you tell them the field you want to study and they match you with schools. Fee or not, I don't know. I would presume fee. She was nice enough and put me on their 'do not call' list.
