I received a phone call from this number as well. The man told me his name was Eddie Cooper and that a fraud case will be downloaded in the court tomorrow if I did not pay his firm $400 dollars for an unpaid payday loan. After my first phone call I did a google search of the number which was 718-989-9381 and saw the reports of scams from this number. When Eddie Cooper called back later I casually asked him who the governor of New York was and he wanted me to tell him who the President of New York was LOL. Of course he could not answer the question and he told me that if he is a scam then to come and meet him face to face LOL, Very ridiculous everybody watch out for this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BBB says that this is happening a lot lately with this scam in particular. If you have ever gotten a loan online they hack into the database and steal the info. Because these people had my Ssn! And bank account numbers.
