Who called from 7192045387

I am receiving calls from this number every day now.  Today I picked up and got some recording about a "Solar Pilot Program".  It said no one was available but to leave a number and they would call me back.  I left a message telling them to remove my number.

I've received calls from this number for several days.  They never leave a message, so it must be a bogus caller.

Idiot keeps calling.  This is the 4th time...I will not answer.  Anyone that wants me to return a call will leave a message.  I am on the State and Federal "No Call" lists.  I will report.

They call but don't leave a message. Were on the no call list but it seems to do no good.
