Identity theft/CC scam - Fake British voice talking about how the Federal Reserve is raising interest rates and Mastercard and Visa are going to require monthly payments twice what they are now.  Oh, and they noticed my perfect credit and wanted to offer me zero percent interest rate across all of my accounts for the next twelve months.
