Only answer because it's a Colorado number and I'm a Colorado business, but when I do it's dead air, so you can tell it's a call center about to pick up.  So I hang up both times before having to politely tell them I do not need their services (= I've heard it all and won't fall for their scam).

I answered my boss's phone.  No one there.  They hang up.  Rude.
