Received a call saying there was a late collection fee and asking for my date of birth. I know there are no collections owed by me. Told the man I was not going to give it to him. He said 'I understand'. I hung up.

Was getting calls every day from this number, never left a message. Finally, someone spoke when I answered and starting asking a lot of what I thought were HIPPA violations about a recent doctors visit. I didn't tell them anything. Called the doctors office and yes, they said they hired this company to do follow up calls. Ridiculous. The person was very unprofessional and could have been anybody from anywhere. What are people thinking? Whatever happened to real customer service??? Oh yes, they are also a bill collection company too.
