Keeps calling over and over and over

I answered asking if this is a scam, they hung up.

Auto-warranty scam.  They may be just trying to get you to say 'Yes', as they ask, 'Would you like to speak to an auto-warranty specialist?'.  I've heard if they get you to say 'Yes' they can sign you up for a ton of stuff.  If you do ever happen to answer any of these calls, never say 'Yes' to anything.
