Been awhile since I posted anything, thanks to the 800 notes community. However, aside from this number, I have been receiving telephone calls from various parts of the United States, all ending with the last same four digits of 1973. Just got one from Ypsilanti, MI with the same last four digits the other day. Same jerk, different number. Rings a couple times, then hangs up. Blocked them too.
