likely a scammer / criminal. They called my DNC listed # ( has been on the DNC list for years now) and did not leave a message when VM answered. Only scammers and criminals do not leave a way to get in touch with them, because they are afraid law enforcement will find them sooner if they do leave contact information. ( and they will find them sooner).
