Multiple calls a day -- no one speaks when I answer. I've stopped answering. This is a VERY busy office, & I don't have time to mess with calls like this. I WISH I could get them to stop calling.
An update to my earlier post. I've just discovered that GAD stands for Graven Austin Drake, a company which, according to their website, specializes in "telephone campaigns." They are nothing more than a telemarketing outfit. No need for me to answer any of these calls.
