Recording says thank you for choosing Level 3 telephone services your account has been activated . And then a live person gets all comes on the phone and says mitigation services . When I asked what has Level 3 telephone services to do with mitigation services she asks for my telephone number and when I refuse to give it to her she hangs up . Will not answer my question about the Level 3 telephone service.
