Calls our office everyday and hangs up after 10 - 11 seconds. When I tried to call back an automated message tells me it's Verizon. Spoke with an agent and apparently the use an auto-dallier with voice recognition. If the system doesn't recognize certain criteria, it hangs up on you--rather than simply explaining the purpose for the call.
