repeat calls claiming the IRS is suing us, and we must call back to discuss.  We have never picked up, just gotten it on our answering machine

I received a voice recorded message stating the IRS was filing a law suit against me and to call right away.......ya right. I feel so sorry for the elderly who would fall for this. Scammers really suck -

I also received a call and it was a recording when I picked up the phone is said the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and I should contact them with the same number to call them back.
