Who called from 7194650996

Have received two calls from this number.  CID says "Out of area 719-465-0996", answer machine says "number available". I don't answer and no message is left.  Who or what is this?

Called tonight, no message.  Caller ID says out of area.  Blocked the number.

Call received today at 10:19 am. Caller ID: Colorado Spr CO. No message left. It has been our experience that ALL calls from "City State" are scammers/spammers.  We are soooooo tired of having our phone number abused.  Reported to DNC, for what that's worth - the scam calls are non stop!

I did not answer I did not recognize the number. Someone looking for money no doubt.
