Y'see, legitimate telemarketers obey the DNC regulations. Telespammers / telescammers and other telescum do not, so your assessment "This company is a scam" may be valid.
However, there are many insurance companies with the word "United" somewhere in their name, so we cannot identify the company that is calling you.
Probably time to buy a call blocker device, app, or phone.
Google "call blocker" to see the various types, and find one that best meets your needs.
This company is a scam that calls at 10pm and early am all day United are shady, stalking, harassing, and offensive group of people. They don't care the phone number they call is registeredn on the do not call list.
If you answer and tell them to stop calling they increase the number of times a day they call.
The Do Not Call list does NOT stop:
Political calls
Charity calls (frequently misused)
Calls from companies you have done business with
Non-profit calls (also misused)
and it sure as heck doesn't stop criminals!
