The number is from Pueblo, CO. When someone answers after they call, the line is silent and hangs up after 10 seconds.
If you call them back, you get a recorded message that says there are issues with your Google + business listing. Which they ask you to have all information about your business in front of you--including a credit card. They are a scammer organization that has a lot of cell numbers they rotate out on an autocalling system. They are in no way affiliated with Google. Google also will never charge to update your business listing.
Don't bother calling them back. You'll be stuck on hold for 10 minutes with crappy Bollywood music in the background. You'll finally reach a company called SEC who keeps trying to get in touch with the business owner. We screen all of our calls and I finally called after getting fed up with them cold calling and hanging up when the business owner didn't answer the general line--what a [***] shock. I've asked them to take me off of their calling list. Doubt it will happen.
