This is Credit One Bank. I've only had the card a couple months and they've called both months.... last time was 5 days BEFORE my payment was due to make sure I was going to make my payment and this month, it started two days BEFORE my payment is due. I'm not answering, but they called 6 times yesterday and 4 so far today. My payment is not due until TOMORROW (I checked). This is ridiculous!!! Time to pay off and close this account. What a horrible business practice, to harass people in good standing!
They left no message so I wasn't sure who it was or why they were calling but when I looked here and saw it was Credit One I looked up my account. To my dismay I found my payment was a day late. I thought it was due today, my mistake. Still, the harassing calls started at 8:26 this morning, when I was sleeping. Come on. At that point the payment was only 15 hours late and they're already calling. I made the payment, so no more calls... I hope....

Credit One has called up to a week before my payment was due every month, even though I make my payments on time and the won't stop until I give one of them a payment over the phone. They are paid on commission and harass goid people just to make more money! It's rediculous and they need to be shut down!
