Similar to what others reported. Giggly voice and claim to have had trouble with headset...I assume to explain why there is dead air at first. I answered the call because I am in job search mode at the moment and don't want to miss any important calls. Very impressive recording. Sounds real for a while. I have blocked the number as well.
